The Sabertooth® knife
and the adventure story of the man who invented it.
Jefferson
Spivey invented the Sabertooth out of need while living off the land
on his historic 4000 mile, seven month horseback journey from The
Pacific Ocean to The Atlantic in 1968. the Sabertooth proved itself
indispensible when, in 1984, he rode from Canada down the Rocky
Mountains to Mexico and subsequently, on all his wilderness
journeys.
Now anyone can own a piece of this unique American history. The Sabertooth is a hatchet, saw and knife. It is perfectly suited for backwoods survival. It’s the best tool for hunters, campers, mountain bikers, backpackers, fossil-digging archaeologists, and the military. the overall length is 12 ¾ inches, blade 7 ½ inches.
The classic double row of biangular teeth on a
sloping spine is the most effective saw on a knife ever designed. in
tests, the saw cut through a 1 ¾ inch iron pipe and show no damage
to the teeth, So cutting bone or wood will be an easy task. Made
with steel used for tank armor, you can be sure the Sabertooth is
tough. The knives are individually serialized and fitted with
high-impact handles and a leather sheath with a security-strap.
